The location was genuinely fantastic. I walked everywhere with ease. The rooftop terrace was lovely. I often relaxed there. The breakfast each morning was fresh with many choices.
I found the music played in the corridors to be quite loud at times. It sometimes interrupted my afternoon naps.

Breakfast included a wide range of options, from fresh fruit to pastries. The coffee machine delivered robust, flavorful coffee EVERY morning. The presentation was visually appealing. The service was efficient.

The rooftop terrace provided AMAZING views of the surrounding area. It featured comfortable seating and umbrellas. There were also several plants.

i found the location central! the hotel was within easy walking distance of the main attractions. the rooftop terrace provided a wonderful way to start the morning, especially with breakfast served there. the staff were diligent and accommodating to all my requests!!!

the rooftop terrace offered views of the grand harbour. the bar on the roof was nicely renovated, giving a modern space to enjoy drinks. i also noted that the hotel offers easy access to the city's main attractions.

The reception staff was very helpful and friendly, providing clear explanations. the staff accommodated my early arrival quickly, so i did not have to wait long. i especially appreciated the welcome chocolates. It was a thoughtful touch to my arrival.

My room had a cozy, beautiful design. It also contributed to a comfortable stay. the room was spacious enough, it. i found the room to be spotlessly clean. Everything was also well-appointed.

I received a welcome email from Gita. It asked about my arrival time to prepare the room. I arrived early, and the room was ready, good. The rooftop views were nice.
The breakfast room felt very cramped. The breakfast options had very little variation .

The location was wonderful. Shops, restaurants, and attractions were all within easy reach. The rooftop terrace offered views over the Grand Harbour. It was relaxing.
This happened despite my having a confirmation email from the hotel. It took the staff about half an hour to find a lower-grade room for my first night. It CAUSED some problems.
